NICOLE PORCILE

Executive with over 20 years of national and international experience in the mining, industrial, and government sectors. Specializing in matters related to socio-environmental compliance and management, her experience combines a strategic vision with a capacity for negotiation and execution, geared towards the management of relevant stakeholders for large-scale mining and industrial operations. She has conducted socio-environmental assessments of investment projects and asset acquisition on the five continents and led negotiations in high-conflict situations, developing innovative plans and implementing systematic improvements of the standards of environmental and social management.

Agricultural Engineer who graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC), Master of Science. Planning (Environmental Design) from Oxford Brookes University, UK.

Manuel Tejos

MANUEL TEJOS

Specializing in the management of environmental and sectoral compliance in the public and private sectors. He has advised Chile’s main mining companies on strategies related to mining-environmental issues, and he has managed large-scale mining projects. Active participant in the evolution of Chile’s environmental regulations, practically from their very beginning; he currently continues advising authorities on issues related to the Environmental Assessment System and Sectoral Permits.

Civil Mining Engineer – University of Santiago of Chile; Professional Diploma in Sustainable Development of Mining, International Institute for Mining Technology of Japan; Professional Diploma in Six Sigma from the University of Chile; and Professional Diploma in Mining Business Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
